Former Seahawk Derrick Coleman pleads not guilty to assault, hit and run

“…Coleman left the Seahawks’ practice facility in Renton and eventually ended up in Bellevue. Court documents say he was driving very slowly. Then he suddenly sped up to “freeway speeds” in a 35-mph zone, prosecutors say. At one point he tried to pass another vehicle.
