Man faces drugged driving charge in school bus crash
“The finding of probable cause by Crateau came on the heels of a drug expert’s report supplied to Gloucester police by DRE officer David M. Moore of the Ipswich Police Department, who said he believed Andersen was ‘under the influence of cannabis.’
In his report, Moore notes that Andersen had ‘admitted to smoking weed’ prior to the crash to “several of the officers, sergeant, Fire, EMS (personnel) and at the ER.”
