Driver high on cannabis mounted pavement to avoid red light
Drying his eyes, Llewellyn-Jones said he was anxious about the sentencing and told the magistrates: “I do apologise.” He pleaded guilty to driving with THC from cannabis in his system.
Prosecutor Natasha Roberts said police saw Llewellyn-Jones driving “erratically” at 5.10pm on August 27 last year along Cowbridge Road West. The officer described him as going quickly and too close to other vehicles.
