Speeding driver was high before crash that killed Bemidji nurse

A Fargo man has been charged with allegedly being high when he crashed his car into another, killing a Minnesota nurse in late June.

Sabastijan Tahirovic, 30, is accused of speeding through a red light at 9th Street East and 19th Avenue in West Fargo before crashing into the car belonging to 28-year-old Saphyre Johnson, of Bemidji, on June 28.
