Woman charged in motorcyclist’s death during 2022 crash

Police say 28-year-old Shambreka Hall is facing charges of Operating a Vehicle with a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance, Causing Death When Operating and Reckless Homicide.

Court documents say the drug test showed investigators that Hall was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the crash.
